Eligibility and qualification

• School Head for Boys School: Minimum M.A, M.Sc, or BS (Hons) and B.Ed or M.Ed from an HEC recognized institution. Higher or additional degree holders will be preferred. Requires minimum 10 years of teaching experience to higher classes and 3 years as Headmaster or Section Head in a reputed English medium school or public school chain.
• O-Level Lecturers (Mathematics, Urdu, Islamic Studies, Pakistan Studies): Minimum M.A, M.Sc, or BS (Hons) in the relevant subject. Priority will be given to MS or M.Phil qualified candidates. Requires at least 2 years of O-Level teaching experience in the relevant subject specifically to outgoing classes in a reputed English medium institution after the last degree.
• Matric & Intermediate Lecturers (Physics, Pak. Studies, Mathematics, Chemistry): Minimum M.A, M.Sc, or BS (Hons) in the relevant subject. Priority given to MS or M.Phil degree holders. Requires minimum 2 years of teaching experience in higher classes specifically to Board classes (Matric/Intermediate) in a reputed English medium institution after the last degree.
• Office Superintendent: Minimum B.A or B.Sc with a Certificate in Office Management. Higher qualified candidates get priority. Minimum 10 years of relevant administrative experience as Office Superintendent, Admin Head, Administration Manager, or equivalent in a reputed English-medium school, educational institution, or government department.

Age limit and other conditions

For the School Head position, the age limit is 35 to 50 years. For all other positions, the age limit is up to 35 years, relaxable up to 40 years in cases of long relevant experience. Candidates with a 3rd Division in their educational career will not be entertained for any vacancy. Only candidates fluent in English speaking should apply. Candidates cannot apply for both shifts.

Appointments will be made on a fixed pay contract basis for one year, extendable on satisfactory performance. Monthly salaries including all allowances are: School Head (Rs. 1,50,000), O-Level Lecturers (Rs. 65,000), Matric/Intermediate Lecturers (Rs. 60,000), and Office Superintendent (Rs. 55,000 or negotiable). Selected candidates must submit a surety bond equivalent to one month's salary on a Rs. 100 Government Stamp Paper.
