Eligibility and qualification

• Religious Teacher: Shahadat-ul-Aalia in Arabic and Islamic Sciences from an institution recognized by HEC.
• Lady Rangers (Sipahi General Duty): Minimum Middle pass. Higher educated candidates holding BSN, nursing qualifications, or diplomas will receive preference.
• Bawarchi (Cook): Middle pass with proven skill and expertise in cooking.
• Khakroob: Literate (must be able to read and write).
• Other Trades: Literate (must be able to read and write).

Age limit and other conditions

• Age limit: Minimum 18 years to maximum 30 years as of 28 October 2026 (this includes the standard 5-year age relaxation granted by the government).
• Minimum height standards: 5 feet 6 inches for Religious Teacher and Bawarchi; 5 feet 4 inches for Lady Rangers; 5 feet 3 inches for Khakroob and other trades.
• Chest measurement: 33 inches with 1.5 inches expansion for male candidates.
• Weight: Minimum 121 lbs or according to medical standards.
• Quota distribution: Merit 7.5%, Punjab (including Islamabad) 50%, Sindh Urban 7.6%, Sindh Rural 11.4%, KP 14.5%, Balochistan 6%, GB 1%, AJK 2%.
• Benefits: Basic pay according to federal scale, federal allowances, free accommodation or 30% to 45% house rent allowance, utility allowances, and medical facilities. No TA/DA is allowed during testing.
• Ineligibility: Individuals dismissed from government service on moral grounds, convicted by courts, or medically unfit are ineligible.
